How it works

Start by joining our waitlist. This will give us baseline information on your project including which room or rooms, your budget, and your wishlist, to name a few. We’ll also request at this time 2-5 inspiration images for your project that speak to you and mimic the look and feel you’re seeking. You may offer a Pinterest link if you have one or email works great too.

Following your online inquiry, a designer from our team will reach out to you right away. You will receive information regarding the purchase of your design package as well as the instruction on the 3 homework requests of the Signature Virtual Design process. Your purchase will reserve your space on our design calendar.
REQUEST ONE- you’ll fill out a design questionnaire describing your vision for the space as well as your wishes, needs, likes and dislikes.
REQUEST TWO- You’ll receive instructions for providing measurements and taking the right photos of your space.
REQUEST THREE- After we receive your returned questionnaire, measurements and photos, we’ll schedule an in depth phone call with your designer to review!

During your phone consultation, we will discuss the scope of your project, your space, your wants, needs, budget, etc. We want to get as much information as possible so we can use our talents and abilities to tailor the design specifically to you.
After the in depth phone call, we will share our notes from the call to ensure we are on the same page. We will also ask you to sign off on these notes as well as the digitized room measurements to ensure they are correct.
Next, We will begin designing your space!
You will have access to your designer via email throughout the entire design process.

Meet up to 2 hours of in home or virtual consultation.
Assistance with prioritizing your goals and tackling as many design challenges as we can in our time together.

Up to 10 hours of virtual design time on the back end.
Depending on the scope and complexity of your design, You can expect to receive your Design Package in approximately 10-14 business days after your design day consultation. If we feel your project will take longer due to other e-design projects or the scope of your project, we will let you know.
Please know that during this time, we may be very quiet. Don’t worry, we’re busy working away!

When your design is complete you will be granted access to your FULL Design Package and proposed shopping list.
Your Design Day Package will include all of the following:
-A 2D and to-scale space plan with furnishings and fixtures included
-Inspiration Images
-Mood board showing products, fixtures, and finishes we are recommending for your space.
-Design Rationale explaining the design choices and selections
-Complete proposed shopping list with pricing, estimated availability and the ability to purchase when you're ready.

While we strive to hit the mark every time, we are happy to do a little tweaking here and there.
After your proposal is received, you will have a 5 business day period to request reselection of up to 3 items. These requests should be comprehensive and MUST be communicated via single email.
If we do not hear from you within the 5 days we will consider you satisfied, your design complete, and you on your way to a stunning new space!
Any additional changes beyond this design support period will be billed at our hourly rate.

How exciting! Now you get to use the Design Day Plan and proposed shopping List to select which (if not all) pieces of furniture or accessories you’d like to purchase.
